During my doctoral studies and professional career, I led multiple concurrent research projects with international collaborators, gaining a strong appreciation for the value of diverse perspectives. I applied both qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, document analysis, contextual and participant observation, and interviews, to conduct robust user research.
